General Terms and Conditions
Stays in Moena with arrivals and departures on Sundays and Thursdays or free,
on request and to be agreed in all seasons.
Arrival and departure: on the day of arrival, the rooms and all hotel services will be available from 3 p.m.; on the day of departure, please vacate them by 10 a.m.
Late arrival, early departure: the days reserved and booked in writing will be charged.
Cancellations: the deposit sent to confirm the booking will be retained in the event of cancellation up to the deadline indicated in the quote for free cancellation, after which date it will be retained as a penalty.
Meals: no reduction will be made for meals not taken, any extra meals will be charged separately at a cost of 25.00 Euro each, 18.00 Euro for children aged 3 to 12. If you decide to go on an excursion, you have the option of requesting a packed lunch the evening before.
Info, Payments and Costs
Prices: are per person per day with half board unless otherwise specified.
B&B reduction: not applicable on weekends, it is possible for midweek stays or 7-day stays with a reduction of 10.00
euro per person per day.
Short stays: for stays of less than four days (three nights), the DAY rate shown in our price lists will be applied.
Reduction for children sharing room with parents:
from 0 to 4 years of age: -70% with Family Package*.
from 5 to 8 years of age: -50%.
from 9 to 14 years of age: -30%.
from 15 years (in additional bed) -10%.
Reduction third and fourth bed for adults: 10% discount.
Double room for single use: a surcharge of 50% per day will be applied.
Deposit: To confirm your reservation you can make a payment of 30% of the total cost of each room by bank transfer or credit card.
Payments: We accept cash, cheque or credit cards Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard (no Diners Card or American Express) and Bancomat.
*Family Package
This package includes:
- the use of the ‘Mothers’ Kitchen’ accessible 24 hours a day (equipped with a cooker, microwave oven, fridge, sink, pots and pans and cutlery for children) cot or cot;
- high chair, crayons and colouring mats;
- baby backpack/pram available at reception;
- prams available at Reception;
- upon request, the following will be provided in the room: bottle warmer and changing table with bathtub;
- free access to the “Telemaco” Games Room from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
